Patina Solutions, a Midwest consulting agency, was attending an Automotive Industry show to introduce their services to a new market of Automotive Industry executives. The challenge was two-fold: create awareness first, then educate the executives on Patina’s offerings.

For the show, we used an integrated approach:

PRE SHOW: Our first step was to map out a strategic, cohesive plan with complete team buy-in. We agreed on messaging and various design elements to be used throughout the marketing materials. First step was to deploy a multi-email campaign introducing Patina and following up with booth and promotion information and the opportunity to schedule appointments. We also created a LinkedIn ad targeting the automotive industry executives we needed to reach.

DURING SHOW: New banner stands, charging station, on-site signage, giveaways, sell sheets, and brochures were created to reflect the brand and messaging.

POST SHOW: Personalized, follow up emails from Patina to booth attendees were sent promptly. Custom signature lines reflected the branding created for the show.
